Yesterday I laid down on the couch for a little nap in the middle of the day because I have been having trouble sleeping through the night. There was a show on television called House of Babies, episode Sleepless Nights, about pregnant women who have trouble sleeping through the night. I thought I'd fallen into a rabbit hole.
